I finally finished it. Very fascinating choice of name as you can see...
So here it is, Arwen played by Liv Tyler in LOTR. I don't know why this shot, maybe I was lazy. Paint tool sai, PSP9, about 5 hours. I had to do some practice, haven't had any time because of school... oh, well, enjoy!
